Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Have not used more than 25% of the credits purchased.

How to Request a Return

• The reason for your return request
• Proof of purchase (screenshot of your purchase)
• Proof of usage (screenshot of your usage)

Refund Process

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Refund Exception

Once we receive your return request, our team will review it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be credited to the credit card or bank account that was used at the time of purchase.
