Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Have made a purchase within the last 3 days.
- Have not used more than 25% of the credits purchased.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at devfiks@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your subscription details (e.g., order ID, date of purchase)
- The reason for your return request
- Proof of purchase (screenshot of your purchase)
- Proof of usage (screenshot of your usage)
Refund Process
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Refund Exception
Once we receive your return request, our team will review it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be credited to the credit card or bank account that was used at the time of purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account may vary depending on your card issuer's policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. You will be notified of major changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
