Welcome to Manyo, a service developed by the DevFik team. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Manyo platform ("Service"), which allows you to verify whether a phone number is active on WhatsApp and chat with WhatsApp users through our platform. If you do not agree, please do not use Manyo.

Service Overview

Manyo provides WhatsApp number verification and chat services. Users can check if a phone number is registered on WhatsApp and send and receive messages via WhatsApp using Manyo's chat module and access the service is subscription-based.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the safety of your account credentials and API keys. Sharing your account or API keys with unauthorized users is strictly prohibited.

• Send and receive messages via WhatsApp using Manyo's chat module.
• Access to the Service is subscription-based.

Subscription Policy

We currently offer two subscription tiers: Starter and Pro.

• Starter: Access to WhatsApp number checking and chat features with limits suitable for individuals or small teams.
• Pro: Extended usage limits, higher capacity, and priority support for businesses..

Subscriptions are valid for 30 days and billed automatically every 30 days. Users can add multiple WhatsApp accounts/sessions under the same email, but each account/session requires a separate subscription.

Payment & Renewal

• Subscriptions are billed automatically every 30 days using the payment method provided.
• If payment succeeds, your subscription is renewed for another 30 days.
• If payment fails, your subscription is cancelled automatically. You may still log in to the platform, but your API key and WhatsApp services (number check & chat) will be disabled.
• To reactivate, a new subscription purchase is required, and you must re-enter payment details as required by the payment gateway.
• All subscription fees are non-refundable, except as described in our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if you contact our support team within 3 days of purchase. The refund request must include proof of payment, subscription details, and a reason for the refund. Refund requests beyond 3 days will not be honored. Spamming or misuse of the service will lead to immediate termination of your account and no refunds will be issued.

Data & Privacy

Manyo only checks the WhatsApp registration status of a phone number. We do not store personal user data, nor do we share or sell your data to third parties.

Prohibited Use

You are responsible for securing your account credentials and API keys. Sharing access with unauthorized users is strictly prohibited. You may not use Manyo to send spam, extract bulk user data, or perform activities that violate WhatsApp's own Terms of Service. We reserve the right to disable or terminate any account engaging in prohibited or illegal activity. Any misuse may result in account suspension, loss of API access, or permanent WhatsApp bans. Manyo cannot intervene if WhatsApp blocks or bans your account.

Compliance with WhatsApp

Manyo respects WhatsApp rules. You are required to strictly follow WhatsApp's Terms of Service. If you violate WhatsApp policies, WhatsApp may block or ban your account at any time, and Manyo cannot be held responsible.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if :

• You violate our Terms or abuse the platform.
• You use the service for spam, bulk data extraction, or other illegal activities.
• You attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass our security measures.
• You engage in fraudulent activity.
• You use the service in a way that violates WhatsApp's Terms of Service.
• You use the service in a way that violates our policies.
• You use the service in a way that is not in the best interest of the service.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for used, unused, or expired credits unless a billing error is proven. If you believe you've been charged incorrectly, contact us within 3 days at support@devfik.com.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. If we make significant changes, you will be notified via email or in-app. Continuing to use the service after any update means you accept the revised Terms.
